Well I didn't buy either, and personally don't really rate either, HOWEVER, Lisa has Lately so she wins every time. Claire had a much better project though (with the handling, formats and chart position)

I bought euphoria and will be begrudgingly buying Lisas.

I really dont think either are great albums overall, euphoria has a few decent covers that save it but lisas album is just generally very weak

I haven’t bought either. The clips of euphoria sounded abysmal, just tacky and dull. Now or never is more original but didn’t really connect with me enough to buy it.
I think a good few of the songs on Lisas albums also sound very cheap and a very bland.

Admittedly yes, but at least they're not karaoke cover versions.

Lisa's has a few bops on it, Euphoria is just really cheap and tacky and so low-effort.

I don’t know what she could’ve done different - she tried an adult sound with MWD and it didn’t work, so she went down the tried and tested route and was rewarded with a #2 album, if she had done originals based on her previous solo success I’m not sure she would’ve got decent material?

Ya its a tricky one for Claire as the budget for her albums is small so she isnt going to get songs from big songwriters and also she isnt the type of artist who will achieve hits. Interesting what style she will go with for album 3, part of me thinks she might go all out on a Christmas album.

Slightly better production, maybe less predictable/well-known choices of covers and less lazily done would've gone a long way for me if that's the concept she decided to go with!

It's like she's living vicariously through Jane McDonald.

The production definitely could have been better and I think a few different covers that were less known might have been better.
