November 6, 20241 yr The Official Charts article says "a new edit of the original video, featuring unseen archive footage, will also be released during the BBC Children in Need Appeal Show on November 15". Very much looking forward to watching that! Would be lovely to hear from the girls during the show as well.
November 7, 20241 yr This reached #2 on iTunes on the strength of pre-orders! (didn't realise pre-orders showed on the iTunes chart again, but then single pre-orders aren't much of a thing anymore either).

November 8, 20241 yr Nice to see its doing quite well on pre-orders. I've pre-ordered it! There was some confusion yesterday, because the Children in Need site had Girls Aloud down as performing Never Forget by Take That(!), then it changed to I'll Stand By You, but they're not actually going to be in the studio after all. So it seems the aforementioned music video is what will be shown on the night. Here's the artwork and a recent picture of Girls Aloud: I just wish there was a CD single... I feel like it could have sold reasonably well!
