Hasn’t it proved it’s worth as a single though? Top 10 and certified silver and BMG have reported it’s brought new/younger listeners into the fold - so personal dislikes aside I think it’s more than earned it’s place as a single.

I think you mean top 20!!!

As a single it done well and i think it shows another side to Kylie that also hints back to some of her earlier work.

I was referring to tension, not Padam. I agree with you that Padam has earned its own place as a worthy single but it’s not up there with my favourite Kylie tracks though.

PP is the same for me, it has earned its place as a very worthy single but it doesnt fall into the classic category for me with her singles but has been a classic part of her chart discography and will be one of the songs that will always get talked about in a Kylie career reflection.
