January 9, 20241 yr As a massive Oasis fan and a fan of most of Liam's solo stuff, I can't really get into this. John Squire's guitar parts are obviously great but I find the rest of the song a bit forgettable. Maybe it will take a few more listens, we'll see.
January 11, 20241 yr It does improve a bit with repeated listens but I don't think I'll ever properly love it. And Liam singing the colours of the rainbows in the middle of the song is massively cringe :lol:

January 26, 20241 yr Yeah, 'Mars To Liverpool' is sounding better than 'Just Another Rainbow', but I can kinda see why they went with the latter as the lead single.

March 1, 20241 yr So this is out and I've given it a listen. I know it's got great reviews and it will almost certainly be an easy number one next week, but I found it a bit meh. John Squire's guitar work is obviously decent and there are definitely two or three pretty good songs on it, but for the most part I found it decidedly average. I'll give it another listen next week though to see if I change my mind.
