At 22 he’s recorded three of the most watched Blackbox freestyles of all time, collaborated with artists like Bad Boy Chiller Crew and Vibe Chemistry, and released three album-length mixtapes, amassing more than 50 million streams on Spotify alone. He can rap over any beat — hip-hop, garage, drum & bass — and is as natural a lyricist as you’ll find in the UK. Coming from just outside Reading, he represents something of an anomaly in a scene dominated by London rappers. But his last album The Sunrise Project was streamed over 30 million times with no playlist support, and he is now preparing to release his next EP Skala. Having just announced a debut UK tour that sold out in two hours (with tickets for both London shows selling out in a matter of minutes), Songer is poised to blow. - Spotify Top 100 Chart History Songer 2024 39 Toxic (Songer & BL@CKBOX) -NAS- 0 x #1 | 0 x Top 5 | 0 x Top 10 | 0 x Top 20 | 1 x Top 40 | 1 x Top 100 BL@CKBOX 2022 61 Lone Ranger (AJet2F, DC3, Hzino, Nerdz, HAZEY & BL@CKBOX) 2024 39 Toxic (Songer & BL@CKBOX) 0 x #1 | 0 x Top 5 | 0 x Top 10 | 0 x Top 20 | 1 x Top 40 | 2 x Top 100 Social Media Songer BL@CKBOX http://i.imgur.com/1SERq1f.png
January 12, 20242 yr FTCU is decent but Everybody and particularly Pink Friday Girls are much better. Complete opposite for me, FTCU is the only amazing track on the album imo.
January 12, 20242 yr FTCU is probably my favourite thing I’ve heard from Nicki lately. Such a relief not to have an awful sample use! Speaking of which…
January 12, 20242 yr Obviously crap compared to the original, but you can't go wrong with this iconic production so I'm kinda enjoying this!
January 12, 20242 yr This actually quite works! I was always taught to say nothing if you have nothing nice to say, so I have nothing to say about that Nicki Minaj track at #40 Edited January 12, 20242 yr by Jessie Where
January 12, 20242 yr Author 38 | 39 | 8th week Chris Brown Angel Numbers / Ten Toes Album track from 11:11 Released: 10th November 2023 Label: Chris Brown Entertainment Chart Statistics NE (23/11/2023) | 41-32-43-60-71-86-x RE (11/01/2024) | 39-38 Sales: 40k+ Certification: - Status: Standard Chart Ratio 00 Sales 91 Audio Streaming 00 Video Streaming Video AbUSzpNN3oE Biography Greeted with comparisons to young Michael Jackson and Usher, Chris Brown arrived in 2005 as a squeaky-clean pop-R&B artist with "Run It!," the first debut single by a male artist to top the Billboard Hot 100 in over a decade. While there was nowhere to go but down, at least in terms of chart positions, the singer, dancer, and occasional rapper was only getting started. Within a few years, Brown became one of the biggest active pop stars with Chris Brown (2005) and Exclusive (2007), multi-platinum albums that produced five more Top Ten singles, including "Kiss Kiss" and "Forever." As a featured artist or duettist, he added to the count with hits such as "No Air," a ballad with Jordin Sparks. By the end of the decade, Brown underwent a stylistic makeover during which his forebears shifted to the likes of Jodeci, R. Kelly, and 2Pac. This, and a more drastic change in public image, did little to slow his commercial momentum. His streak of Top Ten albums was sustained with releases such as Graffiti (2009), the Grammy-winning F.A.M.E. (2011), and Fortune (2012). Brown's artistic scope has since continued to widen with Heartbreak on a Full Moon (2017) and Indigo (2019), albums as long as epic films. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2006 02 Run It! (feat. January 12, 20242 yr Author 37 | | 1st week Lewis Capaldi Strangers 4th single from Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent Released: 1st January 2024 Label: Vertigo Berlin Chart Statistics NE (18/01/2024) | 37 Sales: - Certification: - Status: Standard Chart Ratio 10 Sales 00 Audio Streaming 00 Video Streaming Video beNvasNtXJ4 Biography “I never really think, ‘OK, I’m going to write a song,’” Lewis Capaldi told Apple Music. “My creative process is basically: I sit down with a guitar and or at the piano, and I just start to write.” But the amazing thing about Capaldi is that he’s become one of the most popular young artists of his generation by preserving his songs in that raw, unvarnished state, to provide the purest representation of the pain and longing coursing through his lyrics. Amid the hyper-paced, totally wired world of late-2010s pop, this unassuming Scottish singer-songwriter and former Up Next artist—born 1996 in Glasgow—stopped the internet dead in its tracks with his DIY 2017 single “Bruises”, a stark, piano-based breakup ballad that introduced a voice imbued with the sort of soulful grit and deeply felt heartache you wouldn’t expect from a baby-faced 21-year-old. “Bruises” was Capaldi’s ticket to international major-label deals and tours opening for pop A-listers like Sam Smith and Niall Horan, but he would swiftly join their ranks with his equally rustic 2018 single “Someone You Loved”, another tear-jerking expression of sorrow—inspired by the death of his grandmother—that went to No. 1 in the US and UK, and has since become one of the most-streamed songs of all time. Those singles formed the foundation of Capaldi’s chart-topping full-length debut, 2019’s Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent, which fleshes out his sound with lush orchestration and gospel gravitas but, through songs like the suicide-themed “Before You Go”, retains his fearless flair for dredging up the messiest of emotions. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2018 09 Grace -2- MILLIONAIRE 2018 01 Someone You Loved -3- MILLIONAIRE 2019 06 Bruises -1/5- MILLIONAIRE 2019 04 Hold Me While You Wait -4- MILLIONAIRE 2019 01 Before You Go -6- MILLIONAIRE 2022 01 Forget Me -1- MILLIONAIRE 2022 01 Pointless -2- 2023 24 How I'm Feeling Now -PS- 2023 01 Wish You The Best -3- 2023 28 Haven't You Ever Been In Love Before? -AT- 2024 37 Strangers -4- 5 x #1 | 6 x Top 5 | 8 x Top 10 | 8 x Top 20 | 11 x Top 40 | 11 x Top 100 Social Media Lewis Capaldi http://i.imgur.com/1SERq1f.png
