Amazing for Hozier, I’ve only just properly heard it but I can see why it’s taken off. Love that we keep getting a new song taking off every 2-3 weeks, I feel like Q1/2 of 2019 was the last time we had anything this active in that regard.

 

It’ll be interesting to see where Too Sweet peaks as I’m not personally convinced he’s going to stop Taylor being no1 at this stage.

I'm so confused about Meghan Trainor's performance. Been Like This is #103 on Apple and #168 on Spotify but Top 40 in the midweeks?

Indeed. The “Official” chart is not particularly representative. I believe it’s often the case that songs that appear on the radio 1 top 40 aren’t even in the top 100 in terms of the old rules chart for consumption

To be fair if those songs weren't on ACR we'd be complaining about the chart becoming stale.

I think some of the other tracks on that album diss him as well.

 

Just listened to it and it's just AWFUL! The song is woman hating trash, and rhe verse is just WEAK. There's loads ro drag Drake on - him desperately trying to look tough, like Zucckerberg, whilst being about as athletic as a a bookcase, him oretending to know how ro fight, him pretending to weite his own sangs, him having no flow, him ot being able to sing, him being talentless etc. And instesd he raps about him ... selling more? Jesus CHRIST!! Meghan was FAR more savage with a SINGLE LINE!!!! in her song called, The Snake!

Hossier shaping up to havw the biggest sang of thr year too so far?? This reminds me of 2013 so far - mor/ whiny songs at n0.1, with majoe hit after major hit happening at no.1.
