I've noticed that most over the last few years a bunch of the pop girlies that had a very clear vision in their music, even if it wasn't mega successful at the time of release, seem to get a proper viral moment... If I was to guess anyone was close to the front of the queue, it would have definitely been JADE! (and clearly she was). I hope it can continue to grow!

also, Spotify decided not to combine the versions of AOMD or the S.A.D version on the EP so we lost about 400K streams - if both versions were combined, it would be around #50 on global spotify

I can’t say this enough but I’m super gagged this is happening for her! To think during its initial release we were stressing over it getting HHUK support and now she’s on the biggest playlist going! Hopefully this is the start of Spotify properly supporting her. 🥹

It really does highlight the state of the industry though that a critically-acclaimed, debut single from a high-profile star only gets this attention because of a nepobaby in a $50m bra. 💀

No, the version of Angel Of My Dreams on the EP had 399K counter - the S.A.D version had 6K but considering the upwards trend it could’ve done about 200K today I imagine. Would probably push it over to top 40 global Spotify

I'm not moaning by any means as obviously this is incredible but it's a shame about not being added to HHUK for maximum impact, hopefully she's added Monday as I do think she could easily re-peak if everything aligns.

Today's Top Hits has way more impact world wide. Hot Hits UK have always been shady to her.

She was pretty high up with AOMD but they snubbed everything else. I’m sure at one point she was in the top 3 on that playlist with the cover but I could be wrong

Dropped a bit on US Spotify but up to #92 on global & #22 UK!

That update was better than I expected though! I was expecting her to drop even on global, so to see her rise to the top 100 on there is great to see!

Her US update is kinda in line with what I expected!

Which update was it she started appearing on? Not sure Tues + Wed streams would have been enough to counteract the terrible Thursday estimate rule.
