Holiday Showdown probably wouldn't get the greenlight these days.

Also Bad Lads Army was very "of its time" but I lowkey loved it at the time.

I see that Channel 4 are showing a three-part documentary about Miriam Rivera from Monday-Wednesday.

Apparently NDAs lasted 10 years - the same length as the statute of limitations interestingly!

@Scene I've seen every episode of ANTM and yes it was very problematic, so much has come to light. Have you heard of the Oliver Twixt interviews with many contestants on YouTube?

I mean, thinking about it now... Michelle from cycle 4 did a really great interview. She is/was in such a happy place and it was beautiful to see! That was one of my favourite ones. I'm sure others will come to me.

I’d be intrigued to see the ‘I was rooting for you’ girl give her say tbh! And the girl who was forced to cut all her hair off. melb

Tiffany did one, yes! And which girl are you referring to who got all her hair cut off? That sounds pretty commonplace in the ANTM world 😆

I want to say Cassandra? Dyed blonde too.

Other highlights / lowlights: Adam from cycle 21 went for a pee-pee during his shirtless interview, Nicole from cycle 3 (the girl who Tyra 'forgot') did another fantastic in-depth interview (I always found her cool), Jayla from cycle 5 did an extremely in-depth interview (she remembers everything) etc. etc.

If I were to look through the list now I'm sure I'd find loads more highlights haha

Oh right, yes, the original 'girl who quit'. No, unfortunately she never did one.

I remember watching Cavegirl as a kid and didn't bat an eyelid. I have since read that the show was controversial because of the skimpy outfits the characters were wearing. I'm guessing they had to be authentic as clothes didn't really exist in the Stone Age. However, the fact that most of the cast were young and good looking was not a coincidence.

You don't get programmes like this on children's TV any more. It seems that the CBBC channel went through a phase of aiming towards children over the age of 12 when this originally aired?
