I read they're gonna do a duet version with Miley or someone to give the extra push in the US to grab the #1

so not moving to single 2 yet

What is especially impressive about her rise is how people discovering her are clearly enamoured with her as an artist — they're not just listening to 'Good Luck, Babe!' on TikTok, they're going through the album and finding highlights. They're becoming invested. You can't get that kind of organic success with an algorithm.

Definitely a testament to her as an artist, she’s got such an eclectic range just from this one era and everyone is loving the whole package but also picking totally different favourites.

Her next album is going to be blockbuster!

She's so intriguing to watch, she's an artist through and through and I fully believe she has enough diversity to have a long lasting career. Covers of hers are doing the rounds again rn as well and they're all so good, it just shows her ability to adapt and sing basically anything but still maintain her own distinct sound

I bought the ‘Good Luck, Babe’ 7” single and the B-Side on it ‘Read & Make-Out (Demo)’ is really good, also!

Every live performance I’ve watched of her (tv appearances, festivals) the crowds go wild! :cheeseblock:

She really is the only artist I have been truly truly excited about in such a while. Its so so so thrilling to see someone get organic success and not forced by playlists etc.

I had tickets but on resale (Twickets) so I got f***ed over by them refunding THE ORIGINAL buyer and they got the presale to get tickets and I didn’t :) I think the rescheduled dates should have just had tickets transferred ffs,I have a Twickets alert so hopefully can get a ticket D:

 

Not to gatekeep but I’ve loved Chappell for ages and it’s really annoying that her getting so popular has me missing out as much as deserves everything she gets and more.

Omg that's awful, that makes no sense as to why they did that, usually if a date or venue changes tickets are always transferable :( luckily they didn't change Glasgow but it was such a struggle to get those tickets when they first went on sale

 

I really hope you manage to bag a ticket to one of her shows, definitely keep checking as people will probs put them up on Ticketmaster - if I can get eras tour tickets on the day of the show anything is possible :kink:

Finally gave this a few listens, yes I’m behind ! And my god it is one of the best albums I’ve ever heard, not one skip, haven’t connected to an album this quick in along time! How did I sleep on it when it was released last year?!

I think this album could go top 3 soon… hopefully! Honestly the best debut album I’ve heard since maybe Channel Orange 12 years ago! Tbh I’d probably rank it higher than that atm.
