That presale was an absolute joke :( only one O2 date is crazy in itself but HOW have we allowed charging £250 for standard nosebleed seats under the guise of "Platinum Tickets" to become a thing?! That's literally more than I paid for 2 of my Eras Tour shows (in much better seats) combined!

 

Will try again on Friday but not holding out much hope :nocheer:

Live nation have a pre sale tomorrow.

Live nation was another fail. They’ve added an extra date for Dublin Manchester London and Paris which go on sale tomorrow 10am so fingers crossed for those

London and Manchester. I’ve tried 3 presales now and they’ve all been awful 😭 hoping tomorrow general sale goes fine

It just really annoys me with the presale because I appreciate they can’t do preorder to get a code, they have to have a no purchase necessary - but it used to be small print but now they literally direct people to it so anyone can just register for that, if feels like proper fans who are preordering cds or vinyls aren’t given that “exclusive” opportunity anymore. Like they had the team Sabrina presale for those who signed up, why were they showing the preorder presale to everyone as well? And don’t even start - I had an arguement with someone about “not every one who is a fan can afford to preorder the vinyl or cd” if you are in the queue for a ticket that is minimum £50 you can spare £15 for a cd at least 😭😭😭

I tried looking for you but the only tickets I can find are the £282 tickets. I think as a cd buyer we got pre sale a few hours before anyone else.

Yeah it’s only the extortionate ones left. And there was the preorder presale which was for cds / vinyls but they advertised the no purchase necessary so lots of people who didn’t preorder had access to it which feels unfair imo , especially as the 12pm teamsabrina one was also just a “register your email” so they could’ve left the preorder one for preorders without advertising the need to just add your email

Got seriously lucky with my queue position on axs and managed to get some standing tickets for Sunday at face value. So glad and relieved after failing the other 4 presales

You could still just fill out a no purchase necessary form to get access to the album presale with the people who pre-ordered (they have to offer this as it's against the chart rules if not). I just signed up / didn't pre order and got access to the 10am presale as well as the 12pm one.

LOVE Taste, would be my choice for next single. Also liking Bed Chem, Juno and Don't Smile.

09.0 Juno > Another hit in the waiting! Deserves single treatment! I can actually see this taking off a week later and being the 'I Can Do It With A Broken Heart'/'Birds of A Feather' kind of hit to 'Taste', 'Fortnight'/'Lunch'! <

08.0 Lie To Girls > This is solid! I feel like it can be a bit more interesting than it is though. But still very good! <

07.5 Don't Smile > I really like her vocal delivery in this track. It's really nice! <

 

A really solid album! Doesn't feel cohesive but still feels very Sabrina Carpenter all throughout (with her expected "cute" and "quirky" charm). I definitely expected something a bit more bland in all honesty. I wasn't expecting to come away with 2 more "SHOULD BE SINGLES!!!!!" in my highlights. I thought it'd be one of those albums where the singles were chosen for good reason and we'd be left with bland stuff as album tracks. But I really need videos and pushes for 'Juno' and 'Good Graces'! :cheeseblock:

I'm already upping my score for that to a big fat 10!!!! WHAT A BANGER!

I’m so disappointed, maybe I’m on my own but Espresso, Please please please and Taste sound leagues above anything else.

 

The latter half of the album is just waffle to me and it sounds mostly the same.

 

Juno is ok but for some reason her cutesy tone gets so jarring on the slower songs.

 

It’s making Chappels / Billie’s albums stand out even more which both are 10/10 from start to finish.
