Apparently this song wasn't even played during the listening parties where they played 6 songs...

So it must have been a last minute decision to make a single? As everything was gearing up for Rollercoaster?

i think it could go top 40 as it has vinyls cds and cassettes and all were reasonably priced but id expect it to be something like 34-out. its a decent track but nothing wow so im not surorised its flopping
194k streams first day, a large drop from Forget About Us

Perrie was on Hits radio, she came across really well, personable and funny but my god the song is absolute garbage. It is offensively bad.
i like it, its a fun summery track - b ut its not single worthy imo. i think this shouldve been an album track and its not a brilliant follow up singles wise
Hits radio are calling this a contender for number 1 on their chart. I'd love to know how much labels pay or influence that made up chart.

I just kind of feel a bit “why” at this being scheduled for release at a time she’s on a family holiday.

Here’s hoping it can at least do something but I’m not really expecting an album this year now.

Can't see the album coming this year as the singles will decline in success.

I think it's now highly likely she'll become the third member never to see an album released.

I can sort of see the thinking behind releasing this logically because musically it sounds like something Sabrina or Doja Cat might might put out, so I suppose they were hoping for a bit of TikTok magic, but it misses the mark a bit and doesn't have the je ne sais quoi to go viral.

Shame as I still listen to Forget About Us a lot, and was really glad that managed to sneak into the top 10 for her. I suspect this second single really needed to be exceptional to set up an album any time soon, and this isn't it.
