July 8, 20241 yr Disappointing performance from Emma and Coco yesterday. The 4 women I thought were gonna win yesterday, they all 4 lost :o luckily I don't bet
July 8, 20241 yr Wow really thought Coco was going to win the whole thing Disappointed to see British Number 2’s go straight out after beating the British #1’s, although hopefully both can now back it up with improved form
July 8, 20241 yr Author Lorenzo Musetti reached his first Grand Slam quarter-final by surging past lucky loser Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard at Wimbledon. The Italian 25th seed struggled against the big-serving Frenchman in the first set before adapting his approach to win 4-6 6-3 6-3 6-2. It ends a remarkable run for 21-year-old Mpetshi Perricard, who was attempting to become the first lucky loser, man or woman, to reach the singles quarter-finals of a Grand Slam.
July 8, 20241 yr Author Big mistake in my opinion to get rid of super Monday it was one of the best days of tennis of there ever was.
July 9, 20241 yr wasn't expecting Zverev to go, especially after winning the first 2 sets, but he looked a bit injured Djokovik won too easy, really thought Rune would be a bigger challenge
July 9, 20241 yr Great to see Donna Vekic go through to her first grand slam semi-final. She's been around for a long time now.
July 9, 20241 yr Incredible first set from Sinner this afternoon  but seems he's lost his focus a bit now and Medvedev is fighting back to steal the match.
July 9, 20241 yr Is Djokovic in with a shout of winning this tournament now? He looked pretty good yesterday and these two have to face each other if they even make it that far
July 9, 20241 yr Is Djokovic in with a shout of winning this tournament now? He looked pretty good yesterday and these two have to face each other if they even make it that far I'd say it's probably Djokovic or Alcaraz's. The comeback from Sinner in the third set there was amazing, just a shame it came down to the tiebreak at the end :( hopefully he can take the fourth set.
July 9, 20241 yr Gutted for Sinner, what a match that was! As soon as Medvedev was 4-1 up that final set was a done deal.
July 9, 20241 yr wasn't expecting Zverev to go, especially after winning the first 2 sets, but he looked a bit injured Djokovik won too easy, really thought Rune would be a bigger challenge Nah, Zverev being ahead at a crucial stage is exactly when to expect him to lose :D Disappointed Rune couldn't put up as much of a fight as well. I think we're on course for a re-match of last year's final, and tbh I think it would be iconic for Djokovic to win his first tournament of the year now, when he had surgery so recently and no one expected him to be able to play.
July 10, 20241 yr Sinner was playing so bad yesterday, guess he was not 100% fit, but Medvedev should have won in 3 if fair Alcaraz keeps winning but playing bad, amazed he's made it so far Djo is the one I've seen playing better
July 10, 20241 yr Alex De Minaur pulls out of his QF with Novak with injury. Djokovic is in the semi final!
July 10, 20241 yr oh my unbelievable, he's the luckiest player on earth, not only he has the easiest draws now he doesn't even have to play lol too bad was really looking forward to the Djo-Minaur game
July 10, 20241 yr In 2022 Kyrgios got a bye in the semi and an extra 2 days rest on Djok. Swings and roundabouts etc.
