Portugal through 3-0 on penalties. Heartbreak for Slovenia. So we have a France v Portugal quarterfinal a repeat of the Euro 2016 final and the Euro 2000 semi-final.

Well Slovenia missed every pen. Both keepers had great games. Portugal v France is still a tasty game even if they’ve both been underwhelming

If only Slovenia had scored that 1-on-1 chance they had after Pepe's mistake! That was great mental courage that Ronaldo showed to step up first to take the penalty in the shootout after having his earlier penalty saved in extra time. Portugal Vs France should hopefully be entertaining.
