I find night owl annoying aswell and am happy it didn't make the album.

At least not yet, there could be a digital exclusive!

Strange how the signed print offer is still available….either she signed a thousand or people aren’t willing to pay £30 for the vinyl. They should pair it with the three CD bundle as that would be much better for chart purposss.

It’s literally buried on the Townsend site - you have to scroll through all the Kylie releases to find it.

I’m sure if it was added to main Kylie site they would have sold out already.

Oh ouch, that Guardian/Observer review is going to damage her rather nice Metacritic score of 81 so far!

Rather mixed reviews so far, given that The Independent went with 5/5. The 2/5 review is the first one to mirror the general reaction to the album on Popjustice lol.

^^ Ah, a review by Shaad D'Souza who seems to average 2-3 for most albums he ‘rates’.

Haha, I really like Night Owl 😄

40k+ in first-week sales would be amazing

i wolud rather 5/5 from NME than 2/5 from Guardian

Its holding up well on Itunes and Apple Music across the world. Might not be many sales but its an indicator.

If i bought tickets to watch a show then i more than likely would purchase the album sometime before too.

Not that impressed with the first spin. Then..I listened to it a few times again today and it’s growing  I love that Kylie is about pure pop fun and the album is a blend of Tension/Disco for me.

Highlights: Taboo, Good as gone and Kiss bang bang.

Some of the tracks remind me of her older work/some other artist btw.

I’m not surprised about the guardian review. I got the album today and don’t think it’s very good tbh. Lights camera action is by far the best track and a worthy single contender but the rest of the new tracks are very generic and feels like a collection of b sides which don’t sit cohesively together.

Wow, I had the exact opposite reaction. I think that the album is much better than what the lead single would let imagine!
