Talking of the limited edition anyone know when the vinyl is going to ship?

Release date is 31st October, hopefully it’ll be shipped in advance, but I have no previous experience of ordering from The Vinyl Factory!

 

Seeing as Tension II doesn’t have the proper version of the song, I wish it was on the Edge of Saturday Night vinyl, but unfortunately not. :( It does have the Extended version though which will presumably have the correct mix.

Thank you, I just grabbed it asap and didn’t check release date etc,, - one of the things I’m most anxious to get due to how limited they are.

Ah wish we had got them to coincide with both their albums being released this week, however pleased they have made it to streaming!

This has grown on me since listening to Tension II. Hannah Holland remix is great but we need a CD single!!

I actually don’t mind it! One thing I’ll say as a positive is I feel like this version makes the spoken word part a lot easier to understand; I had no idea what Kylie was saying in the normal version until I read the lyrics. :kink:

 

This “CD etc” version is underproduced for sure, but I have to wonder whether the normal version could be accused of being a bit overproduced and if there was maybe a happy medium to settle on that could have made it more commercial? On paper it should have been a minor hit at least… I don’t think any fan expected it to miss the Top 100 entirely. :thinking:

It was a strange release to be honest.

 

But I guess out of BMG control.

 

Let's see if CD comes in line with release of vinyl next week.

 

You never know it could take off next summer lol in the clubs.

 

The video still hasn't reached 1,000,000 yet!!

I had high hopes that especially following 'Happier' it might have managed to get a little bit more support than it did, it's a real shame but it is what it is.

i strangly feel it may still be a bigger hit in 2025 than it was in 2024 lol
