That interview made my heart full! So great to hear they have a better work/life balance than before I am thinking I should go and see the show again now!

I still think they will do at least 1 more studio album where they will say its their final studio album.

Amazing performance and a real trip back down memory lane with the song selection.

Summer of love was not a song i would have expected at all but it did fit in well with the dancing etc.

Better The Devil You Know was the big surprise for me.

I'm kinda baffled that they didn't include anything from their last 3 albums if I'm honest.

I was too, it would’ve been a perfect opportunity to showcase something from their more recent stuff.

I guess in the flip side most people watching would’ve recognised all songs performed.

Is there anything recent in the Steps Musical? Felt a bit like this was to promote that again?

Or the producers might have dictated only older songs?

Have to say that I don't watch Strictly very often, but put the start on iPlayer just to see this and it was incredible. I smiled throughout the whole performance.

I wonder if The Slightest Touch would’ve worked in the musical.

The slightest touch would have worked really well on the strictly medley as alot of the viewers due to age demographic would know the song.

Totally agree as many watching the show probably don't even know they have newer music and might have thought they just on the nostalgia route performing old songs to make a few quid.

I saw them live for the first time 8 years ago today, and for the second time 4 years ago today - so by rights I should be seeing them again tonight.

Well unfortunately you might be waiting another 4 years to see them.

Saw a few strictly threads online and reading the comment and the steps performance seems to have gone down well, i wonder did any of the songs performed get any sort of lift on itunes or streaming.

I just see in the chart thread that last thing on my mind was number 96 on iTunes yesterday, i know that probably means 3 sales but least its getting a few sales out of it.

Oh that’s great! I did see that Last Thing On My Mind and One For Sorrow did make an appearance on the iTunes chart.
