Queue Sabrina having 1,2 and 3 on the chart next Friday with espresso and PPP reset lol

That would require over 500k on Spotify daily on average for both tracks. It's possible but not likely. She might do 2-3 days of those numbers but not the whole week.

IHSH by Post is currently up only 40k week-on-week, and he just had the album boost too.

Is Lana going viral with Young and Beautiful?
Literally everyone I know is talking about the album tomorrow and I cant stand 8t already 😤

Sure but how representative is that of the general public

I actually think there's very little buzz, zero talk in hero or even on Popjustice

Not much out tomorrow judging by NMF AU/NZ

I actually think there's very little buzz, zero talk in hero or even on Popjustice

I have a feeling that Fontaines could still get the #1 album...

Is Lana going viral with Young and Beautiful?

I hope so, one of my favourite Lana songs, so divine. It's up to a new peak of #120 on Global spotify.

Also Lady Mars are up to #8 on Amazon - top 10 now! :cheer:

Literally everyone I know is talking about the album tomorrow and I cant stand 8t already 😤

I've heard literally nobody talking about it but I guess that plays into fractured music interests and the death of monoculture these days.

out of interest, what do you mean by this?

Simple version is the notion that once upon a time, due to lack of options & avenues, mostly everyone engaged with the same media. Back in the 1950s, there was a point where more than half of people who owned a TV were all watching "I Love Lucy" when it aired. In the US, the finale of M*A*S*H had over 100 million viewers at the time. Now that there's way more to do, see & hear, nothing comes close to this level of cultural penetration, and so even the biggest things going around can completely slip you by, without being a negative reflection upon it or you.
