Did expect a little more but impressive considering no one really debuts that high from her era. And when katy perry couldn't even debut top 200 it's all good. Success!

Happy with #9 in the UK! Higher than in the US :o

Oh not gonna lie I was hoping for better, all 3 of Dua's "flops" from Radical Optimism did bigger opening numbers than that

Debuts at 16 in the USA and 12 Globally

 

I was hoping for a bit better I can’t lie, but with DWAS still dominating globally it must’ve kept some of the shine

I’m ok with #9! Would love it to go higher and I’m gonna remain optimistic it could as this is purely just day one but to still be able to debut that highly is pretty good in contention with some of her peers.

 

And with ACR too for chart purposes she may well be higher with some tracks that are ahead. Hoping figures are close too! Intrigued to see how the week goes now but yeah not too bad for a debut really (we also had 5 hours less for UK didn’t we due to its release). Keep streaming now and ensure we get that strong official charts debut!

Remember DWAS debuted at #26! Day 1 isn't the defining factor.

I hoped it may just push 400K but it’s still a decent opening

USA is a bit disappointing, expected 1.5M there. But DWAS is there as well so Gaga's doing great all things considered.

Not to be negative Nancy because I really like the song but everyone in my circle aren’t that excited about it and it’s making me think it won’t have strong legs!!!

I like that sound she does just before the verses that sounds like she's wretching.

Debuts at #21 in Finnish Spotify chart - the second highest international song behind Gigi Perez. :clap:

 

DWAS has so far peaked at #20 so this is very good.

Quite a few listens in and the verses are the weak link in it, they feel quite plodding and a bit basic. The bridge and chorus are million times better though and make up for it, especially in the second half.

 

I’m at a 7.5 kinda level with it and it’s not really growing past that for me.

It also has generic lyrics too - like a god wirhour a prayer, I can be your doctor and I xan be your nurse, etc. Bur it is catchy

So I am now diseased. 11/10.
