Ok RAYE only sings the first verse (up until 00.40)and then it’s central cee word-vomiting nonsense for the rest of the track. Need a solo version immediately lmao but at least I can play her bit and then skip to the next song it’s not like I have to wait for her to sing the chorus or a verse later on lmao

Starts off sounding like an interesting track, then the abysmal Central Cee comes in.

 

What I hate is that this will very likely outpeak Genesis. :(

I never heard a more disjointed and disconnected song, it's like 2 totally random parts that don't flow and have nothing in common

after 40 secs, Raye is gone and never returns to the song and for the remaining of the song is CC and his idiotic lyrics something about smell in a closet or something

He might not be very interested in music any more, once he got his major label deal with Sony, it's just the enabler of his lifestyle.

Yeah disappointing song given the two names had the potential to be big if done right. I hate collabs where they clearly recorded without ever intersecting or being in the same place, it’s usually orchestrated by labels or agencies and it often doesn’t feel authentic. I’m not a central cee hater like some but he is beginning to get a little jarring and might need to take a break from spamming bad verses for 90 seconds on forgettable songs
