Finally, the prices are eye-watering though. I'll get Talk On Corners (begrudingly at that price) and stick the rest on the Christmas list or pray they end up in a sale.

Ouch! Why so expensive!

I’ll prioritise Talk On Corners-despite the price and maybe White Light.

The others can all wait tbh.

Thanks to the. I’d that moved this here. I tried looking for one here.

It’s great to have a general chat thread for The Corrs now.

You're always welcome to start a new artist thread if you can't find one! ^_^

Thanks Joseph, wasn’t sure if there was one and didn’t want to double up. Will keep it in mind.

I've pre-ordered Talk On Corners (I had a gift card to use so put it towards it) but will be asking for the others for Christmas or waiting until they're on sale. Ridiculous pricing!

Forgot to pre-order these and Talk On Corners and In Blue are now £60 on both Amazon and HMV  How is that justifiable for one album, with no bonuses (like if they'd thrown in b-sides for Talk On Corners which are missing from streaming, I might understand it more).
So I have shelled out the £60 today for Talk On Corners in HMV. I know it’s ridiculous but this is an album I can’t wait for. Did see In Blue there too but that album can keep until a reduction happens. This is seriously why vinyl sales are starting to fall though.

£60 is rough. It probably equates to the $100-$110AUD I’ve seen some big name vinyls sell for in Australia.

I fortunately found it for about £38 on Amazon in the end so have ordered it as it’s one of my all-time favourite albums.

In Blue I definitely am not shelling out for right now, can’t see that for under £50 anywhere. I’m more inclined to get Borrowed Heaven first as it’s cheaper and imo a much better album.

In Blue is ranked about 5th for me so I’m in no rush. Will definitely get some of the others before it.

Current Corrs ranking:

1 Talk On Corners (got)

2 White Light

3 Forgiven, Not Forgotten (got)

4 Borrowed Heaven

5 In Blue

6 Home

7 Jupiter Calling

Mine is exactly the same except I’d switch around White Light and Borrowed Heaven. In my all-time albums list those four are at 3 (TOC), 7 (BH), 12 (FNF), 24 (WL). I dearly love all four.

In Blue I loved at the time - albeit less than Talk On Corners - and still have fond memories of a lot of the songs on it. But there are a couple I don’t love and the production was just weird and far too cheesy on some of them (Give It All Up being the main one). Also I don’t really like that version of Radio.

Home is a pleasant listen, lots of lovely Irish songs. I don’t know what happened on Jupiter Calling, very little of note for me on there and it doesn’t really move me at all like all the other albums. SOS I still love though and I like Dear Life and Road To Eden. Not confident I could even hum many of the others.

White Light was just such a comeback for me, really on form, the Corrs as they always should have been in 2015. Jupiter Calling was a massive letdown, probably one of the most boring albums I’ve listened to. I go back to SOS but very little else.

Home and In Blue are decent but that top 4 are all fantastic.

My Talk on Corners vinyl arrived the other day - looks stunning! Just lucky I had a gift card from my birthday leftover to use towards it otherwise full price might have been a bit much.

I think I'll be waiting for Borrowed Heaven and White Light in New Year sales.

In case anyone wants them, the Borrowed Heaven and Home vinyl are both out this week and Amazon has them for £26.09 each right now. I’ve snapped up both.

At The O2 tomorrow night so been playing my Corrs playlist on Spotify all day. Borrowed Heaven really was a slept on album I feel, so many missed single opportunities, specifically "Hideaway" and "Humdrum".

Well the O2 concert was fab (much more confident than their last tour), and some very pleasant surprises in the set list.

The Closer / Don't Say You Love Me / Little Wing segment absolutely a highlight. The stripped down fake out on Summer Sunshine making it feel less like a silly ditty. I Never Loved You Anyway being a less likely crowd singalong. And although it will probably have annoyed some diehards, picking the meatier In Blue over the Unplugged version of Radio made a lot more sense in an arena context.

Andrea's voice is obviously a little more worn these days, and although it did seem to mean she skipped a few lines here and there, it actually added a raw authenticity to some of their more wrought tracks (What Can I Do, Don't Say You Love Me, Give Me A Reason).

Best moment absolutely the trolling with the encore.

"LOL of course they'll be back to do Breathless"

"Here we go London...MY LAGAN LOVE"

*Hundreds of angrily muttering middle aged people go for a "sensible early exit" only to miss actual Breathless 5 minutes later*
