September 23, 20241 yr by comparison, poor Nelly Furtado with an undeserved total flop, not even top 100 I find the album chart so weird nowadays. 4-5 new entries a week sometimes on weeks when 50 albums are released, half of those by formerly high profile names sometimes. Does nobody retain at least a mini loyal fanbase anymore that will snap up 2k of physical albums, even if they can’t get the streams to chart? Having said that, I tried to get Nelly’s album myself in HMV yesterday and they said they had one copy in and it had sold. ONE copy for a former superstar? Edited September 23, 20241 yr by gooddelta

Sad to see Cher not even top 30 at this stage, where are all these forever fans, it’s a great collection 😭 Tbh I am a huge Cher fan and I haven't bothered. The lack of some of the big hitters on the CD and then the Abba songs (which are dire tbh) being on there just made me not interested. Plus the Christmas song is so out of place too. I think The Very Best of Cher is her best GH collection.
