I love this club/dance/tension 2 Kylie so its a Yes from me. + he has 29m insta followers and 24m Spotify listeners and is a very well respected global DJ.

I can't help but think it sounds really cheap, and a bit tacky. Like if it had a fuller, bouncier beat and bassline it'd be so much better.

 

I really liked the one he did with Bebe Rexha based around the Planet Funk - Chase The Sun sample.

 

I don't get cheap at all, but each to there own. I mean its a dance song with Kylie vocals. She hasn't got the voice of one of those singers on many club songs, so we can't expect that.

 

I want some positiivity from Kylie fans ahead of the Tour :)

I... really cannot justify this. :( The postage charges are always extortionate and I'm tired of it, so I think I will sadly have to draw the line here. Happy for those who are still enthused by these drops, but honestly... at this point she's making me wish that she didn't do physical singles anymore. It's a total cash cow relying on fans who can't/don't want to say no. I don't truly want to end my collection, but I don't want her to have me over a barrel either.

£9 for Royal Mail 24 :cry: Just to send three items that are quite thin, usually in a flimsy cardboard package that counts as a letter - so they’re overcharging quite considerably (I know there’s cheaper options but Evri can be hit and miss in my experience).

 

Will be interesting to see if these sell quickly; evidently the last few singles had stock left over and ended up reduced. Maybe that’ll be the case here. Or maybe they’ll sell out by tomorrow! :lol:

i mean didn't they charge more for the other physicals recently? i can't remember. i agree its absurd but its now £1.86 for a first class stamp to send a letter.

I know what you mean. I think the previews sound fine but I’m not crazy about them, I feel like any enjoyment has already peaked before even hearing the full thing.

 

I have really liked a few Alok songs in the past - namely ‘Deep Down’ with Ella Eyre and ‘All By Myself’ with Ellie Goulding. Maybe I’d like this Kylie one more with a shameless sample involved!

The doom and gloom on these boards as she I about to tour.

 

I look back and what older pop stars did when I was growing up. I think som kylie fans want her to turn into Lulu or something.

 

I have no issue with lots of music being released. You can tell she is loving life and working with new people and experimenting and pleasing different groups of her fans.

 

I'm not sure if Kylie fans are just hyper critical or just deliberately click baiitng on social media etc for attention hoping she will reply to them?

 

I mean there are songs that I am not particularly fond off but I don't attack the work as being trash.

 

I am sure Alok will have meatier remixes if that is what you want a little later. She is pop dance with a little club influence

 

I bet she rejects loads of offers and we know she rejects loads of songs etc. People make out she is desperate when really she isn't

It's a discussion forum where funnily enough other people but you are allowed to have an opinion, it's not like anybody has said anything offensive.
