I only know him and follow him on Twitter because he's local to us and my daughters knew of him.

 

He runs fitness courses, healthy eating and exercising. He's getting really popular now as he seems to produce results. He's been on breakfast TV etc.

 

He does mass works too. I think he's a lot of fun. 😊
