June 15Jun 15 Author Another great set but for some reason I expected 6-8 songs and more solo material. I didn’t even consider the fact half of her solo songs are too inappropriate for this show. 😅
June 15Jun 15 To be fair even the huge headliners at Capital's events have super short sets (Sabrina was the summertime headliner last year and she did 25 mins, Coldplay was the Jingle Bell Ball headliner and their set was only half an hour) so I'm not surprised her set was only around 15 minutes.She smashed it though!
June 16Jun 16 I was there, Jade was absolutely amazing but the crowd was dead. I was so shocked, yet they were hyped for basic acts. Typical.They should have put her later on when the place was packed and not first!!

June 16Jun 16 Author Watch Capital now blacklist her after she spilled the truth lol. I notice while she thanked R1 for supporting her music, yesterday she said something along the lines of "thanks Capital for inviting me and to my fans for supporting my music".

I clocked this when I was there! 🤣 capital have been terrible at supporting her! KSI, Benson Boone and others getting to perform new songs that aren’t out yet and not her? Ridiculous.
June 16Jun 16 Someone put an introduction video from leigh, Perrie, and jades debut CBB performances (Leogh & Perrie JBB) Leigh got a decent one playing snippets of her first 2 songsPerrie got a long one with half of FAU played, [and basically listing all LM achievements]Jade got just introducing Jade [not even a snippet of any of her songs, or mentioning any achievements] Like WTH capital

They are treating Jade terribly, they didn’t support angel when it first came out.
June 17Jun 17 It's weird the situation with Capital they do loads of interviews / content with her, she was splashed across the whole website as the opening act for the Summertime Ball but then they fail to let her perform Plastic Box, Haven't supported AOMD or Fantasy. They were playing FUFN regularly but then seemed to stop this a week before the Summertime Ball instead opting for Little Mix tracks? I checked the day of the summertime ball and I don't think they played FUFN once. It's confusing because it's not like they aren't supporting her as an individual but when it comes to the music they are definitely not as on board as Radio 1 are. The Intro might of been cut short because of the 20 min delay or a mistake in the graphics? I can't imagine they deliberately didn't give her the introduction as a conscious thing?The mistake was putting her on first but then at the end of the day someone has to go first and they did promote pretty heavily the fact Jade was opening...Very mixed it could just be they feel some of the songs aren't suited to Capital listeners? I just really hope they are onboard with Plastic Box and playlist it instantly.
June 17Jun 17 Yeah you could be right. No hate on the other 2 just seemed very weird, almost like an afterthought when she arguably the biggest of the 3 right now Fingers 🤞 they do heavily support PB especially after she basically called them out on their own show 🫣🤣

June 21Jun 21 Looks like Jade's Glasto Performance/s or full set will be shown on BBC 2:Clara Amfo and Jack Saunders are live from day two at Glastonbury Festival, introducing performances from across the five main stages on iPlayer and BBC Two from 5pm. They kick off with two artists who make their Glastonbury debuts - pop icon JADE, who performs on Woodsie....Not incredible promo but I'm sure it'll help give the album a boost somewhere.. June 21Jun 21 Considering we thought it wouldn't air... this is a WIN!I'll take BBC 2 over nothing! Although, do channels really mean much anymore do we think or will people (like myself) just view it on iPlayer?
