July 18, 2025Jul 18 I’m too busy playing Attention, Boy Crazy and Red Flag in high rotation to give anything else a chance yet. I do like Too Hard though!
July 24, 2025Jul 24 I think it's waaaay better than High Road at least!I still haven't yet heard Gag Order or whatever it's called now though.
August 23, 2025Aug 23 Honestly for me this is by leap years her best 🙈🙈Attention is banging, Joyride is sublime, Boy Crazy with or without Jade is a cracking track. Huge fan of this era
August 26, 2025Aug 26 I relistened the other day and it's such a fun listen. You can hear the joy and freedom in her voice and lyrics. I'm so glad we got the extended version too! Can't wait to see her live next year!
February 4Feb 4 She has released a music video for what has become one of my BIG FAVOURITES on the album (possibly my 2nd favourite behind DELUSIONAL.???)MAJOR JAM and filmed on the red carpet at the Grammys - iconic.
February 4Feb 4 By far the best song for me!The video's a nice idea, but I don't like it. In fact I even prefer the lyric video.
March 17Mar 17 Acquired a last minute ticket to see her tonight, just two minutes walk down the road. My first time!
March 17Mar 17 I am seeing her for the first time on Thursday! She is the only female in my top 5 female artists of all time that I haven't seen live yet so my hype is unreal.
March 17Mar 17 I saw her in Manchester last week and she was even better than I expected! It’s just such a party from start to finish, it’s easy to forget how many well-known bangers she actually has but the crowd was eating it up. “Red Flag” was my highlight! The mic was ON as well !!! (with signature autotune tho ofc)
March 18Mar 18 I did love it, but I did prefer her at Hoopla. She’s obviously made the understandable decision to rework every single one of her old songs so they don’t share the same backing as the original and she owns the right to them, which from an artistic perspective I respect, but the new backing didn’t work for some of my favourites of hers and mashing them up with others didn’t always give the songs a chance to shine. Not her fault as such but just a feeling I took away.As a performer though, she’s everything I want her to be and the set list was even better than I could’ve imagined with some real underrated classics brought back (Warrior?! I DO think) so definitely glad I went regardless.
March 20Mar 20 Absolutely incredible! She was 30 minutes late so I was stressing about it being cancelled on the night (my tickets for her last tour were cancelled because of Covid) and I simply HAD to see her live. But she arrived and delivered a spectacular night showcasing her wildly frantic journey to FREEDOM. As soon as she started playing Warrior I gasped and broke down because that is MY ERA. Then going into Crazy Kids and my #1 Kesha song C'mon? It's like she knew I was there. I was convinced she wouldn't touch the Warrior era but I am so glad she did. It is her musical peak.I loved the setlist, it was perfection. I can't think of a single song of hers that was majorly missing? Obviously I have favourite album tracks but given she couldn't do too many of them, her picks were spot on.So happy she has found freedom, it oozes out of her personality, energy and performance and you can tell she is exactly where she deserves to be right now.Bring on many more Kesha Records releases
