Yeh I was baffled by him leaving Boro, they seem to be doing ok without him! Think Perreira did seem to have lost the dressing room by the time he left but he is a good manager imo.

Maresca's poor form going completely unnoticed this season, many Chelsea managers have been sacked for much less...

Well that was well timed indeed.

Enzo Maresca has left his role as Chelsea manager with the club sitting fifth in the Premier League.

The Italian, 45, departs less than six months after winning the Club World Cup at the end of his first season at Stamford Bridge.

"With key objectives still to play for across four competitions including qualification for Champions League football, Enzo and the Club believe a change gives the team the best chance of getting the season back on track," Chelsea said.

Classic old Chelsea. Never really changes x

Apparently due to an internal conflict with Eghbali.

I feel sorry for Enzo Maresca, he did a good job overall at Chelsea getting them into the top 4 and winning the Conference League & Club World Cup. It looks like Chelsea's board is just as bad as Man Utd's board and there has been a constant pattern of the people upstairs falling out with managers. Maresca will do well with whatever he does next I'm sure.

Just seen Danny Welbecks Panenka penalty attempt yeaterday - not sure why the West Ham players got so annoyed by it. He missed?

Chelsea actually appointed Rosenoir 🤣 I am HOWLING.

Remember when Chelsea could appoint the best managers in the world, now they're resorting to someone who failed as Hull manager.

And in true Chelsea fashion, a SIX year contract lol if he even manages a quarter of that I will be astounded.

Absolute ragebaiting x

I do like Rosenior and think he’s a decent manager but Chelsea is a BIG step up lol.

It looks like the relegation places are pretty much sorted now after Forest beat West Ham tonight. West Ham are 7 points away from safety and Burnley are 9 points away and both of them have a much worse goal difference than Nottingham Forest. It would be mad if Nuno got sacked from West Ham, I can't think of a manager who got sacked from two different teams in the same season.

No Premier League manager has ever been sacked by two Premier League clubs in the same season.

Nuno Espírito Santo could be the first man to complete that.

He seems to succeed and flop in equal measure:

Wolves - Success

Spurs - Flop

Forest - Success

West Ham - Flop

So whoever gets him next should be alright!
