Having great holds during the week - 2nd weekend hold is going to be STRONG!

It's SO good! Just a LOT of fun and it's great to finally have vibrant colour and actual HOPE back to the Superman character and his world.

I understand the critiques that it feels a bit "busy" but it's really, really good and David Corenswet is a fantastic Superman. Dare I say... the BEST?

Worth seeing. It feels like a peak MCU film to me and I mean that positively (and it's understandable considering James Gunn is responsible for being a part of "peak MCU"!)

I also really enjoyed it! It feels like a comic book movie, rather than the dark epic feel they went for with Henry. David is really good, the film is good, there is just right amount of humour and it's really relevant with today's society and social media etc.

All round, great effort.

The film was pretty super, man

as someone who obsessively bought Superman family comics in the 60's and 70's, this film is a joy - it remains largely faithful to classic DC Comics, and keeps the upbeat vibe of the comics while also having the drama and social issues and villains. Everyone was fine, the one liners good, and it looked great. My fave Superman movie since the first one. And no bloody explaining the backstory tedium which has been done to death. If you dont work it out or know it already, you're in the wrong theatre! 🙂
