Or amazon been give bordinary too many and they finally been caught out 🤭

Their trending songs which gives songs a big boost on there and is supposed to be a mixture of various things is just all k-pop. It’s unusable. IMG_6172.jpeg

Amazon giving these kpoppers way too many streams something fishy going on there

How? It's a popular film right now lol.

Apt used to be 2 & 3 on there too. How do you have the same song twice in the top 3 then it’s not even top 5 with one version anywhere else. We’ve seen Spotify rectifying k-pop’s Spotify manipulation recently every month just yesterday this is what they removed.

It’s obvious they’re doing something on Amazon those songs were top 10 on Amazon before they were even a factor elsewhere. I think they’ve figured out how to manipulate the trending songs either way it’s giving k pop songs a big advantage from Amazon that’s definitely inauthentic

The KPop Demon Hunters songs aren't spurred on by fanbases in the same way actual K-Pop songs tend to be, to my knowledge. They're fictional bands after all, and because they're from a popular Netflix film, it's fair to say the appeal is more widespread. Feels like a strange attempt to discredit the success of the songs.

Okay let’s look on the trending songs since you love to cast aspersions when I’m literally just stating obvious things.

IMG_6174.jpeg

All the top 7 K-pop no album ever gets more than 3 songs in the top 7 trending no matter how big or popular. But let’s continue

IMG_6175.jpeg

Two more k-pop in the next bunch the David Guetta remix that gets on average 200k Spotify listens a day worldwide but somehow trending 11 on UK amazon music? And what do we have at 17? A song nobody has ever heard of and has 11k Spotify streams in total how the hell is it 17 trending in UK Amazon?

but let’s go further IMG_6176.jpeg

How is Apt still trending? The song is a year old and what’s that at 26 a third version of Golden the extended David Guetta remix come on now.

So in the top 26 we have 11 K-pop songs, 3 of which are versions of golden and some Korean song that maybe 5 people in the whole of the UK has ever heard of. Nothing fishy there?

The trending songs aren't the same as the actual chart so I don't see why they're being held up as anything with importance. Equally, Korean songs that aren't from KPop Demon Hunters are entirely irrelevant to the discussion and they're not impacting the chart this week. Even if they were fraudulent somehow (and we have no proof of that), it has absolutely no bearing on songs like Golden which are obviously genuinely popular right now. If they're locking out the top 7 trending songs (which means very little really, it's like the Spotify viral charts right?), it just shows the impact of the movie right now.

Surely even if "they are suspiciously high" on that trending start, dont people actually still have to listen to it, to recieve a stream ?

What's the lowest a song on acr been , that would of been number 1 of SCR

Edit alex probably won't get that record with how fast its falling now

At this point I would say Chappell is looking good for her first #1 in the chart without ACR, as 'Pink Pony Club' didn't get there! Combined with 'The Giver' and 'Good Luck, Babe!', she's had an estimated 13 weeks at #2 there in total, and the same on the audio streaming chart.

Doubt it would be ahead of The Subway. Even if it was this would be its 19th week, Sabrina and Lewis would've both beat it the week they released.
