That singles chart is a mess wow 🤣 I thought Spotify would have updated by today, starting to wonder when it actually will

Id be happy with this chart , its not stopping anyone repeaking anyway, and it would be very historical , the chart that spotify forgot,

Songs on DCL-2 would need a decrease by more than the market to go to ACR, so those that rely heavily on Spotify would be more at risk of this.

If Spotify is missing this week and back to normal next week, just about everything (older than 6 weeks at least) would have some increase in streams then and return to zero declines - meaning the Coldplay perennials would be Top 40 for another month at least!

There's also potential for songs on ACR which rely heavily on Spotify to get automatic resets with their increases next week, but those would have to be 25 percentage points above the market (so if the market rebounds by 15%, they'd have to increase 40%) - perhaps unlikely.

I don't think they would estimate, it wouldn't be fair for any new entries. We've had a chart without Spotify data before so I expect we just wouldn't have any Spotify input this week if they don't fix their issues and submit the data in time.

So all the albums are missing Spotify data which will Suede get the support there? I don't know them nor heard of them so no idea about any of the 9 new albums that are top ten right now

They're a band who had their biggest success in the 90s, I can't imagine they'd get many of their units from streams.

So let's just ignore this update as it's basically meaningless!

Great sales for Suede but when i read streaming is missing or a good part im not so confident they will hold onto the number 1 now as sabrina will gain loads through streaming.

St Etienne based on sales so far look very safe for top 10 which im very happy about.

Least we'll see the impact Spotify has aganist everything else.
