For the first time in 11 and a half years I am not here to present the results of this month's Rontvian televote, but in fact to welcome you all back to the capital city of Constarvan here in FSR Rontvia. Many things have changed in the interim, a lot of countries have departed - but they are very welcome back for this landmark celebration should they wish to join - and we have a lot of amazing countries that are setting foot in FSR Rontvia for the very first time. We would like to extend our deep thanks to SADU for bringing the trophy back home after so long and so many near misses and also, of course, to all of the nations that voted for Luukered. We know who you are and you can all enjoy the VIP suites in the luxurious Rontcalm Hotel.We encourage fun, discussion, and festive cheer here in FSR Rontvia over the next three weeks, but we do have to play by the rules of BJSC, and you can find those here.If you are new to BJSC, then you are welcome to register a new country here.You may not send a song that has previously been entered to BJSC, an exhaustive list of everything sent before can be found here.Some of you might also want to consult the veto framework here before you send something extremely cheap or otherwise popular on the forum that is destined for only a fleeting appearance.Artists who were top three last month - that's SADU, Orkid and Maria Sur, may not be sent again. Also don't try to send the artist you sent last month again.FSR Rontvia will auto-qualify for the final. If we get an even number of participants then FARC will also AQ after coming 2nd in BJSC 179. If we get an odd number then we will be the only AQ. Auto qualifiers must vote in both semis, everybody else only needs to vote in their assigned semi.Lotunia may not unfortunately participate this month after failing to vote in BJSC 179. They are welcome back in BJSC 181.Do not reveal your entry before the semi-final thread is posted next week...I will be revealing them.Please ensure you confirm before 23:59 GMT on Friday 28th November. Semis will hopefully be up the following evening, depending on if there are any veto delays or life delays, in which case they will be up Monday 30th November, because Sunday 29th November is a national holiday here in FSR Rontvia.
