Some of these names are pretty much on Capital Anthems/Heart 90s/00s/10s/Capital Dance/Capital Xtra/Heart and even BBC Radio 1/Radio 2/Radio 1 Anthems and KISS/KISSTORY/Hits Radio/Heat Radio

It's simple - not every artist can be played on every station all the time. Capital will have their reasoning for not supporting some artists. Some of them are inactive, some aren't so relevant any longer, and some are blacklisted for one reason or another - we'll never know these reasons because they don't justify their playlist choices, and nobody here works on the playlist team.

Same for Olivia Dean, Charli XCX and every single artist who used to be on this station. Put every artist not on Capital as recurrents

If not, support another album track or unplayed song by an artist they already support

The number of songs played on Capital is 290+ songs (combining the recurrents with the current playlist) which isn’t enough. Capital Buzz, Anthems, Dance, Xtra and K-Pop need their own segments on the main station as well in order to increase the number of songs and give the station variety for its audience

BBC Sounds has a variety of songs, new and old and that probably has around 1000+ songs

What we need to this Buzzjack team is an employer from Global’s playlist team to clarify this whole situation
