If I recall correctly both Heart Dance and Heart 00s already had it on rotation so it makes sense to bring it over to the main station following its resurgence

I don't think anyone could be mad at you for not tracking the Heart recurrents because I don't even think they remember what they should be playing half the time hence the sporadic nature of appearances by some songs.
