Each week, new releases from R&B/Hip Hop are selected to go head to head, with one weekly winner. The winners will then go up against future weekly winners later in the year at the end of each quarter and then again at the end of the year to determine the ultimate winner of 2026.

Doechii is definitely the best this week for me. Nafe Smallz is always wavy too so I'll give it a vote because I feel like I will be the only one.

Russ Millions has some good songs previously but this one just sounds so cheap.

Joji is always good for vibes and the MOLIY song is a lite banger. The Doechii song has some good lyrics in it and the SZA hook is nice but I can't really see it being a song I'd want to go back to much. Also really enjoyed the production on the Fimiguerrero song but the lyrics are a little too crass, I suppose I should keep him on my radar x

Forgot to comment but went with LAROI, haven't heard the full album yet but BACK WHEN YOU WERE MINE is great
