A nice surprise! CHVRCHES have covered Robert Palmer’s ‘Addicted to Love’ for the soundtrack of Hulu’s ‘Tell Me Lies’:

Quite like this, very different to the original.

I thought they could've done an awesome version of this, but it sounds like one of those "dramatic" cover versions they use on the Traitors and it doesn't quite work for me.

I didn't recognise it as the older song at first and thought it was ok for an original but as a cover for me it's a little too bananies and avocadies & melodramatic

Lol, I can't seem to immediately find the Vine (?) that it came from but it was just someone making fun of the singing style employed by certain alt-pop girls (Halsey was the main one iirc).
