July 3Jul 3 So RAYE is headlining Montreux Jazz Festival this evening, and in anticipation she has been posting videos in collaboration with Audemars Piguet. In some of these videos some early tracklist ideas were spotted, including a version of I Hate The Way I Look Today. featuring Laufey, and A Working Class Lullaby. Also, there has been merch released for it and on one of the shirts it claims RAYE is “in the middle of her dramatic era”, so we may be seeing a potential deluxe coming soon 👀

The three of them being filmed for an upbeat looking video and the song being a tune of the week on Radio 1 should be proof enough.This song grown on me so much after hearing it outside of an album playthrough listening deeply to how powerful the words are although it’s actually Absolutely’s bit that makes it so special for me! Glad it’s getting a push
