At #4, HUNTR/X's 'Golden' is the highest track to miss the top 2, making up for it with four weeks at #3 and 20 weeks in the top 30. Lady Gaga's 'Abracadabra' was the longest-running #1 of the year, at 10 weeks, and unsurprisingly is the highest #1 on this countdown...but the top two are both songs that peaked at #2! Tate McRae's 'Sports car' had an especially unlucky run with six weeks as the runner-up, but the longest chart run of the year with 29 weeks. And the #1, perhaps a surprise, is Sombr with '12 to 12'! Only two weeks at #2 but an impressive 23 weeks in the top 23, is enough to push it ahead of the rest...and that's not even counting the rest of its chart run in 2026! Can he repeat next year with 'Homewrecker' or perhaps another song? Stay tuned...That's another EOY wrapped, thanks to everyone who followed along and commented, and the many more who posted their charts here, without whom this Multichart would not be possible. Hopefully we will do this all again next year!
