They need to create an oldie chart and restrict any songs that have been out more than 18 months or 2 years to the oldies chart - freeing up the main chart for new music.

We should get a clearout next week - lots of songs appear to be on 2 weeks of decline at the moment

Will only accept Rein Me In sticking around if it breaks Ed Sheeran's consecutive top 40 run record

Olivia may well do that anyway

The problem with ACR clearouts these days is that they only free up space for songs already on ACR to climb again. The likes of Ordinary and Man I Need.

People will still be listening to the old stuff though and you risk the 'New' chart being even more stagnant with the same popular new releases not moving. It won't automatically make more new music come out or other new music be more popular than it is now

This is ancient, why's it back in the chart?

Viral on TikTok after a fan was invited to join Zara on stage to dance to Lush Life and mastered the choreography

Ooh Harry keeping the lead? Would be nice if Noah was first look no1 at least but I think its probably more likely Harry
