Considering both songs feature Olivia and both are on the same label, plus she hasn't had a 25 percent increase i doubt the label is gonna block themselves having an extra number 1 😅

They do but it applies to the primary artist, who is Sam Fender (particularly given it's on his album, for his album campaign)
