ROUND 9: Stranger Things Characters Survivor

And just like that we're into the top 10 as Holly Wheeler drops out just below Eleven at #11, while Eleven - arguably the character of Stranger Things - kicks the top 10 off (with it still being questionable that the likes of Erica and Lucas have ended up finishing ahead).

Holly became a main player in season 5, and the only other character to have an episode title like Will's in season 1; The Vanishing of Holly Wheeler. Warranted? I'll leave that to everybody else to decide. Holly spent a lot of the season locked away in Henry's prison world and came across Max there, and while there were some great moments in there some of the backlash for season 5 came from the fact that far too much time was spent focusing on Holly and the children and not celebrating the show's final season in a grander, more epic way that revolved around other characters that we wanted to see shine one last time. That said though, Nell Fisher gave one hell of a performance.

There's lots to be said about Eleven too, and her character development over all five seasons despite how... strange? it became by the time we got to season 5. A lot of it was psychological and the effects of her time spent with Brenner, harnessing her abilities, and then of course her 'relationship' with Mike added into the mix while trying to bring down Vecna, rebuild her strength, and much more. The question remains... did she really get her happy ending or are we going to believe she really sacrificed herself and that Mike's memeable scream was worth it? x
