The question will again be whether anyone can stop Tadej Pogacar from winning his fifth Tour - the answer is probably 'no' but anything can happen in these races, including contenders crashing out. The one major new contender is the French teenager Paul Seixas, who some people are saying might be able to challenge Tadej but he's yet to prove himself at a three-week race.

Scrolling through the start list now and it looks like the usual sorts, Biniam Girmay the only black rider in the race again which is a shame.

Only took three days for Pogacar to take yellow! Wonder if it'll be him for the rest of the race or if he'll let it go to some others during the race.

I watched the first highlights show on Channel 5, wasn't particularly emanoured by it so I've been watching the 10-minute highlights on Youtube since then.

Big breakaway day today, with Torstein Traen taking the yellow with almost 8 minutes over Pogacar have they let it go out a bit far? Let's see how long he can keep it for...

The penultimate day is done and that's the Top 10 basically decided! It says a lot about how the Tour has gone when the leader has so much of a gap that he can basically act as a support rider for keeping his team-mate on the podium I guess Del Toro is the first ever Mexican to make the podium of the Tour? Nice to see Pidcock in the Top 10 as well as three French riders (think that's the most in a while), even is Seixas couldn't get onto the podium.
