Nope looks like it was outpriced from many peoples price for a single and also no mometum after that 1st week or motivation for people to buy etc. The song went to radio etc and the artists moved on to other things and had the moment in the UK.

Could have done much better if a better strategy, i guess the timing on the World Pride dictated its quick release etc.

Still my favourite song of the year so far and loved the whole ocassion, the time they spent together and video and chart position

I’m not overly convinced even with a different strategy it could have achieved much more - maybe if vinyl had been released in week 2 it might’ve gone 8-80 rather than falling straight out but I don’t think there would have been any saving or stabilizing it as it was a fan fueled physical buying hit.

Ya I'd think the same as it was a fanbase only release.

It’s already a top 10 hit so it’s not like a Real Groove situation where you’re motivated to download it and give it that extra push into the top 100

I don’t know how Love Sensation could’ve performed any better than it did, it went top 10! Which is the absolute most we can hope for with Madonna and Kylie, yes it spent 1 week in the chart, but no one outside of forums knows or cares about that.

Would I have liked a proper music video and a couple of performances, like the first Madonna and Kylie collab deserved, of course. But that’s on Madonna not Kylie.
