It's really funny- 12 months ago, who would've thought she'd notch up 4 massive singles from one album :D

Definitely, it just goes to show that you shouldn't write a singer off.

I do like her first two albums but Loose is definitely my fave.

I don't understand why the brits have such an affect on sales, Whoever wins a brit doesn't want to make me buy their album or anything,

But it prob does for some people.

 

The winners will be all over the newspapers, and some people will see that and think: "Hmmm, they must be quite good, i'll buy that album."

Ok but still think its a bit stupid, people have heard Take That and why do they need an award to make them buy the album?

Because although 1.5 million of us have the album, another 64.5 million of us don't.

 

Of those 64.5 million who don't have the album, quite alot of them have prob not heard any of the singles.

Basically being on TV and watched by millions and all over the papers before and after the brits amounts to a lot of publicity. The publicity increases the sales.
