February 15, 200719 yr Thanks Mikey. I guess if they are just outside top ten this week, then top four next week, they are on track for number one!
February 15, 200719 yr I dont think Take That will get number one. Im sure it will be Nelly or Kelis!

February 15, 200719 yr No please don't say that! :( #2 is brilliant for 'Shine' too imo :D If they got #3 I would be annoyed though -_-
February 15, 200719 yr Thanks for the update. Its been a while since we had no new songs in the Top 10 hasn't it? (outside of christmas/new year week)
February 15, 200719 yr No please don't say that! :( They are enjoying their biggest selling album EVER, i think their fanbase has matured to the point where they are happy owning the album and don't require every piece of material they release.
February 15, 200719 yr I think Mika will still be number one this week but hopefully next week Take That - Shine could be there.....? Hope so....... Anna.XXXXXXX :)
February 15, 200719 yr 1) still do not understand :P 2) stupid - what is the diference between download all song from the album and one by one 1) the second week of Leona's reign at the top reflected the sales period 24-30 of December as it was the week straight after Christmas so it definitely should still be counted into 2006 just like it always is  2) that isn't stupid, that's logical... the same way as it is with the physicals! when you buy a physical album, all the songs included should have been counted into the singles chart as well <_< what's the point of that? by the way, whoever wants to have a whole album downloaded will not pay separately for downloading each song  that would be ridiculous and more expensive, I suppose, don't you think? :D
February 15, 200719 yr Shine is up to #7 on iTunes I wonder though with downloads almost totally taking over is it going to be harder for acts to get multiple #1 singles from one album
February 15, 200719 yr Author Thanks for the update. Its been a while since we had no new songs in the Top 10 hasn't it? (outside of christmas/new year week) The thing is with all the downloads charting early before their physical release, there will be hardly any new entries in the top 40, for instance you could have a track charting at #43 and slowly climb up the chart till it peaks somewhere like #12, for example The Fray - How To Save A Life. All the decent tracks seem to have charted in the chart now as download entries.
February 15, 200719 yr Author u not gonna update us on Nelly's SIR :???: :( Its prolly sandwiched between Snow Patrol and JT, I don't have the actual position for Nelly

Yes we are unlikely to have a great amount of new entries in the Top 10 anymore, but this week we don't even have any new songs climbing into the Top 10. The new rules have finally managed to slow down the chart, lets hope it doesn't die a slow death like the US Billboard 100.

I think there is good chance Take That will be Top10 this week because of the Brits last night. You only got to see Kaiser Chiefs entry at #2 last week to understand the chart isn't that slow.

Fall Out Boy went in at No.2 the other week thanks to downloads so I suppose there is life in the old dog yet :)
