She was as she said. She was playing with Callum and Hugo. Toadie and Sonya watched them playing from afar as Sonya died in his arms.

At yes! Can’t believe I forgot Callum was there! Thanks.

Reece is SO shit it’s actually camp 😭

This anthrax scare I am SCREAMING “if this is anthrax what does it do :)” only on Neighbours could this happen.
The Varga-Murphys and the Rodwells seem to be bringing ALL the gritty drama happening so far (Jane and Terese's slanging match aside), apart from this Eden/Holly thing that I guess was just a vehicle to create a love square (?) with her, Haz, his girlfriend and Mackenzie.

Remi’s eye roll to that question was everything.

I have to say, after an awkward start, this relaunch has really picked up. It’s certainly starting to feel like Neighbours again. The only plot I’m not that big on is Mackenzie’s love life which means we’re pretty much back to where we were in 2022  just kidding, 2022 actually had far worse plots before the show ended.

The start was awkward and boring but it has at last started to pick up.

My worry is was the start too boring to hold the audience.

JJ and Dex’s acting actually has me ROLLING lmfaooo

It was definitely a slow start and then the last 2 or 3 episodes have gone 0 to 100 but I kind of love that.

I am more than here for Sharon Davies popping in at random intervals just because the actress will do anything. Queen.

Loving the hammy Dallas style acting from the woman playing Tess.

Remi is my favourite of the new characters, a great addition to the cast. Cara is a bit unforgiving and hard-faced, seems like a mismatched couple personality-wise.

I think Tess is brilliant, properly camping it up.

Anyone else think Mel might be ill? I never bought that she didn’t want to be a step mum after they sorted that out before the finale and it felt like she was majorly thrown under the bus. But with the recent focus on Sonya’s death, maybe she’s had cancer and didn’t want to put the kids through that again?

Tess saw Mishca Barton being the worst actress on TV and had to mount a challenge *.*

I saw this posted on another forum and it made me cackle.

‘ The blue screen during the driving sequences today was more convincing than Mischa Barton’s performance’

Agreed, excellent episode, so good seeing some old faces!

The attention to detail was generally very good but I do love how Elly managed to get her hair darkened mid wedding reception.

Great flashback episode, finally putting all the pieces together. Seeing Phil Martin that was a blast from the past he was married to Julie Robinson, don't see how he fits in though.

I don’t think he fully fits in with the main plot but he was present in the final episode, this one gave him some actual lines though. It does fit with him sorting things out for Amy and Lance given he’s Lance’s step dad.
