Kanye West WILL unfortunately be #1 next week, bu tlets have one week where an act other than an american gets to number 1 in the UK...what gets me is that american acts continuosly get hits in our country yet the majority of this countries acts go unnoticed and very rarely break into the top 10, i hate this country sometimes...RANT OVER B)

Anyway, i think:

5 - Plain White T's

4 - Kate Nash

3 - Timbaland

2 - Kanye West :puke2: (if i get to meet daft punk im gonna give them a damn good beating!!!!)

1 - Robyn

Download entries from Axwell, David Guetta inside the top 20 :cheer: :yahoo:, at last dance music doing well, very few new entires this weke i think, theres not much physical action in hmv this week......but Kate Nash definetly for album #1

Rihanna is Barbadan, not American. The Kaiser Chiefs and Take That are British. Mika is Britiish / Lebanese.

Spiller Feat. Sophie Ellis-Bextor - Groovejet (If This Ain't Love)

In the year 2000 went to number 1 in front of Victoria Beckham. After that Spiller had 1 more top 40 hit and Sophie became a successful solo artist!

What a tune!

2000 was such a good year for the chart - despite being a new number 1 almost every week (except All Saints, Sonique, Modjo and Bob the Builder), sales were huge!

Blink 182 - What's My Age Again

The very first single for the band, but was only # 38 and spent 2 weeks in the top 75 in 1999 but got a re-release in 2000 and peaked at # 17.

Chart run:

Blink 182 were Ok I suppose - a bit generic. Liked I Miss You though.

2001 had better sales than 2000.

2001 was the last good year for sales and music before the pop idol $h!t ruined it in 2002.

Kylie - Spinning Around

Blink's best was easily 'I Miss You'. <33

I much perferred 'All The Small Thing's of their 2000 singles :P Beaten by Geri Halliwell's 'Bag It Up' to #1 I think.

Storm - Time To Burn

A top 3 hit from the German producer team (?). They had after this some minor hits too.

Chart run:

Bag It Up was awful

The retro is a bit pointless in this form without an actual winner. They should play a retro top 5 or 10 or something like this.
