Aly at first I agreed with you when I first heard it but not now. I thought it was bland but had it on loads and you know what I love it now. Absolutly love it. Thank god she has moved away from all the camp $h!te that people expected. It so different for her and I love it. And she looks amazing in the video.

 

And this song is not tripe what so ever. And the reason why sexy no no no didnt get that high becuase its very average and in my opinion their worst song. But still love the girls.

As a long standing Kylie fan, and in particular a lover of Light Years/Fever Kylie, I really like this - even if it is a bit of a Goldfrapp rip off, it is a bit different.

 

Good for Kylie - and its miles better than Slow and anything on Body Language.

It's like a toy version of Goldfrapp! I give her a partial thumbs up for being risky for her comeback single and it may well grow on me, but this is no future classic. I'm not feeling the video either.

Its generally getting very good reviews aswell which im pleased a bit. It just takes a few listens to really get into it

I don't think this sounds much like Goldfrapp as much as people are saying, I love Goldfrapp and own all of their albums but this track isn't that electro. I can see hints of it though.

I think it's the style and overall packaging that makes me think it's very Goldfrapp. I too love Goldfrapp and Kylie, but I think if saw this video without knowing it was Kylie, I'd be thinking on the lines of 'who's this bint?!'.

 

Btw, 'Secret (Take You Home)' is ace! I've always said the singles released off BL were amongst the albums weaker tracks.

Just thought id tell everyone that is has already been named The Box Breakers Number 1 today. Not a huge deal but not a bad start for the first day. Normally it takes a while to get to number 1

I really tried to like BL more - it just never clicked with me.

I actually really like this on the first listen. The 'wooo' noise in the chorus is kinda annoying but I'm pleasantly surprised by the song!

 

That 'wooo' noise was reminiscent of The Sweet Escape.

 

Seriously though, this song is very, very disappointing. From all the hype I'd heard a month or so ago ... saying it was a real classic. Just shows you they print sh*te in the papers.

 

It'll still get to number one though ... even though it doesn't deserve it.

 

And by the way ... I like Kylie ... and really wanted to love her new song.

In a way I agree with you guys. Its not amazing but its not terrible. Its def not what I was expecting but after a few listens I do like it now

Why do people expect to love a song and think its a classic after one listen? Many songs take a few listens before people love them, that's why no artist ever releases a song the same day it is played on radio for the first time

Disappointed. Not a bad song, but bad for Kylie's standards. She can do way better. I prefer Dannii's comeback that's for sure

but now it's not another pop-tune, everyone complained it's nothing like can't get you out of my head. -_-

 

I am glad that more than 50% of fans are liking it, so hopefully the old fans can get out of their time wrap. ;)
