I didn't know it was on E4 on Thursday. I was looking through the channels and saw Ugly Betty on E4, and I thought it was an old episode so I decided to watch it. And then it started showing yesterday's episode! I turned over as fast as I could not to spoil it for Friday.

I liked that episdoe. Loved Christina's Devil's spawn line though.

Such a cute episode. But I didn't like the way they added the perfume bit in as a closer to Faye Summer's death. Why wasn't the perfume mentioned in Series One?

:lol:! Am I alone in thinking that the supporting cast of Ugly Betty is ten times better than the main characters? Betty and Daniel have their moments but they be lame compared to the likes of Amanda, Wilhelmina and Mark.

^ That's the same with most sitcoms/comedies though isn't it? Look at Sex and the City, Carrie is dry-as tbf isn't she? It's Samantha and to a lesser extent Charlotte who are the funny and entertaining ones. Same is true of Will and Grace. Jack and Karen being far more entertaining than Will or Grace. It's quite deliberate too, writers use 'dull' main characters to springboard and play-off more humour, less major characters.

Well when you put it like that I suppose it is kinda deliberate. But it's deffo more apparent in Ugly Betty.

 

I just downloaded a torrent for the remainder of Series 2. I'm too impaitent to wait a week for each episode.
