Yes, several times today. The site is also slow. Seems to me the server hasn't yet been configure with httpd.conf and my.cnf files.
November 6, 200717 yr Right now it's nice and fast which either means it's been updated recently (since Sunday am) or that it's fast with low traffic levels. Edit: actually it's still slow just cache was giving a false impression. Edited November 6, 200717 yr by e-motion
November 7, 200717 yr Its driving me mad - every few minutes especially when you go to post it goes to "page cannot be found" then you refresh it 2 mins later and it will be ok
November 7, 200717 yr Its driving me mad - every few minutes especially when you go to post it goes to "page cannot be found" then you refresh it 2 mins later and it will be ok please let me know on this. 'Every few minutes' is not the case as I myself do not and others do not have this. If you can let me know when and for how long I can then add this to a list and inform our hosts.
November 7, 200717 yr It was happing between 11-2 today it seems ok this evening but will let you no if it starts up again
November 7, 200717 yr I was worried my connection was down earlier because it wasn't working, but then i tried another website and it worked  Same sort of thing as Desinger Label
November 7, 200717 yr Definitely slow. Can show with this. http://www.gomez.com/info_center/instant_test.php Use http://ww.buzzjack.com/forums and London location(assuming it's in the UK???) takes over 5 seconds every time. Notice is 'Connect Time' shown in orange bars, show be zero almost always, compare with invisionpower.com and you will see for sure how BJ is slow. Apache files(httpd.conf and my.cnf) not configured, causing both connections to drop and slow response.
November 8, 200717 yr Just got a page cannot be displayed when trying to view http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?s...p;#entry1571483 A refresh and I was back up and away Pretty sluggish all around for me at the moment

The above website is incorrect as it doesnt download all of the files in unison but one after the other. The server is in Chicago and so this mean there is a 0.12 second delay per transaction. That times by the number of files puts the info out massively. The httpd.conf and my.cnf im sure do need configuring though.
November 9, 200717 yr was testing with a few people today and although not fast it came back as average (not slow). That times by the number of files puts the info out massively. The httpd.conf and my.cnf im sure do need configuring though. The graph on the above link does(unlike you state) show the files loading one after another. Changing httpd.cnf to have 'KeepAlive On' would reduce some of the slowness problem as there would then only have to be one connection per page not 10+ as there is currently. However there is some other issue (MaxSpareServers perhaps) which is causing the occasional failures to load a page(page times out) or just failing to load parts of the page(for example had a page load earlier but not the 'New posts' icon).
November 9, 200717 yr Yes the site is slower than usual and I had "Page not found" several times last Sunday and a few times this week.
