November 13, 200718 yr I wouldn't call any of those "huge" singles Matthew :unsure: Well I'd expect at least Pigeon Detectives and Hard-Fi to be doing pretty well if they are out now, so it is surprising.. As for this week, well done Leona on all counts, bit sad for Craig's album but at least he is outselling John Barrowman.

I've always thought it'd be very lucky to beat its original peak.

Oh yeah definitely, but McFly are on a huge commercial label and for a label that big and for an act with that much money pumped into them they're not really making the grade. At the rate the GH is falling it'll be lucky to do 100k.

Not to mention the chart preparation, games, midweeks, MW and all of the other stuff he dabbles in. He's also an Admin who plays a big hand in running this site so in future show a little respect.

November 13, 200718 yr It is a shame, that an album that isnt even THAT good, will probably go on to become one of the biggest selling albums in the UK Ever. I always thought that about James Blunt and Katie Melua, people like to have the latest "thing" though, so it's no surprise, no matter how poor an album it may, or may not be.

I don't know how many tickets they've sold or if they have even sold out any venues, but i'm pretty sure i heard that they are doing a theatre tour followed by arenas, so surely that would mean a lot of people coming to see them, but for some reason their singles and albums drop like stones.

November 13, 200718 yr Oh! :o Leona is doing incredibly well, suprisilingly* well and I'm not too sure why, the vocals are amazing; however the songs aren't. Oh well She's bringing back to the music industry what it needs; high sales :D Unlike The Spice Girls :o I cannot believe Britney outdone McFly :lol:
