Hopefully

Take That aren't that far behind her in the grand scheme of things, we must hack into all the high street chains and iTunes to prevent sales for Take That counting for a day or two.

If you don't mind me saying, I don't think it'll make any difference next week or the week after. Take That fans kept holding off thinking Leona's sales would drop drastically, but they didn't ... they did drop - but only proportionately to artists around (and perhaps not quite so much). So I'm glad I got my RTW the first week of release, at least I wasn't wasting time waiting for it - I wanted a decent version of the song in my car on the way to work without crappy reception or DJ interference

If you are going to wait .... you might as well wait until christmas week when everyone'll be in the festive mood for buying greatest hits and compilations and impulse buys at the check-out.

nah I can't wait that long, plus I'm going to the tour on the opening night (15 th Dec) so I wanna listen to it.

Thanx for your input!

She'll easily stay in front. Take That will hopefully drop no further than 3 on Sunday. They've had a fantastic run. Can't see Kylie staying at number 2 for more than a week though. Besides us TT fans are more excited at the prospect of the televised NY concert from the O2 (with the Sugababes). Both acts must be getting paid a huge fee from ITV if its true.

Does anyone think the Spice Girls will actually make it to #1 with Headlines. I thought it would be a sure-fire #1 but looking at how well Leona is doing, and then compare that to how the Spice Girls are performing in this weeks album chart - with the track on the album, and Headlines not setting the download chart alight. Its hard to say

I don't see why not. Leona's album is out now so single sales (for Bleeding Love) will be down. And it's for charity as well.

But it hasn't had - say a warm reception. And on GMTV earlier Loraine and two other people were slating it like crazy, the look and the song. Thats not going to encourage mums to buy the single

But the fact is that its for charity and it's Spice Girls. I mean, look at the Sugababes / Girls Aloud song eariler in the year. It was awful. And yet it toped the chart and sold (Resonabily) well because it was for Charity.

Kylie still #2, Spice Girls drop another 2, and Darren Hayes enters the top 40, give me a mo, Wedesday Update coming
In HMV they have Leonas album at areduced price for one week only, it is also a pound cheaper than the spice girls album, so probably gos some way to explaining why her sales are so high.
just thought, Leona will have the double. that is right great for her :D
Kylie lead narrows to just 700 ahead of Take That according to SayHey. No info on actual figures, just the gap.

P.S. I'm a bit irritable this morning, due to lack of sleep, so don't push my button, I shall bite otherwise. :P

If I meet up with you today - and know it's you, I promise not to press any buttons at all. Unless I'm waiting to cross the road and then I'll just be very careful that they aren't YOUR buttons.
